I see images through my inner eye as visual metaphors, which we decipher together. It's an enlightening journey through the energetics at the heart of your challenges and opportunities and a chance to see more clearly and take empowering actions. This session offers guidance when you feel unclear and then somatic coaching helps to work out the following steps.
£50 for 1 hour online
I use my hands to allow your energy to flow and realign. I see visual metaphors which tell a story of how energy has become stuck and how it wants to be manifested to your fullest potential. I recommend this for a full body reset, clearing away the old to make space for the new.
£75 for 1 hour in person
Somatic coaching
Somatics is the knowledge that our spirit is held within our body, that we are the key.
All of our protection mechanisms are held within our body. As a somatic coach, I guide you to explore these stuck places, which are the keys to your freedom. Each unlocks a new perspective and new possibilities.
This way, we learn how to be with ourselves, rather than working against ourselves.
