Energy medicine
I see images through my inner eye as visual metaphors, which we decipher together. It's an enlightening journey through the energetics at the heart of your challenges and opportunities and a chance to see more clearly and take empowering actions. This session offers guidance when you feel unclear and then somatic coaching helps to work out the following steps.
£50 for 1 hour online
I use my hands to allow your energy to flow and realign. I see visual metaphors which tell a story of how energy has become stuck and how it wants to be manifested to your fullest potential. I recommend this as a deep energetic reset, clearing old patterns and setting a regenerative path for you.

Somatic coaching
Somatics is the understanding that our spirit is held within our body, that we are the key.
As a somatic coach, I guide you to explore protective mechanisms held within your body, unlocking new perspectives and new possibilities.
You will gain the tools to be with yourself rather than working against yourself and experience the expansion this creates. We work with your personal energetic archetypes, or parts, to create new dynamics and neural pathways. Somatic techniques will help you embody the qualities you want to have in your life.
